We were actually surprised when we arrived at Chatrium and were instantly upgraded to a more spacious room. The hotel's location may be a bit removed from the center, but the shuttle service made it convenient to access popular attractions. The pool area and restaurant provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like bathrobes and stocked mini kitchen. The staff, especially the security guards and housekeeping staff, were attentive and polite. we had a lovely stay at Chatrium and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The pool area was fine, like a tropical oasis in the middle of the city. The pool itself was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of sun beds available. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Western and Asian dishes.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was convenient, situated in a quiet area close to the shopping and business districts. With the option of car hire and airport shuttle, getting around was a breeze. The room service, housekeeping and bell staff were all very attentive, providing 24-hour service. The room itself was top-notch, equipped with all necessary amenities such as an in-room safe, washing machine and even a kitchenette. In addition, the outdoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, without any negative thoughts.
